About the event

Join us for an informative session with Detective Superintendent Neil Jones who runs the Home Office supported North West Cyber Resilience Centre (NWCRC) with the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) to learn more about how you can protect your business from a costly cyber-attack.

Cyber-attacks typically target the smallest firms, cost businesses huge sums to put right, and even more in lost trade and revenue.

DSI Jones will be on hand to take your questions and talk about the most common threats affecting businesses today, and the sophisticated – and not so sophisticated – ways in which organised crime gangs hack your systems, infiltrate your company databases and ultimately take your cash.

You will also be able to learn more about the work of the centre, and how their technical experts – working alongside seconded police officers - can help you and you’re your business stay safe.
